Website Maintenance

By having a dedicated team to constantly maintain and manage your website, you minimize your chance of getting hacked and can always ensure that your site is working properly when potential leads visit it.

We do a lot for each of our maintenance clients each month. This typically includes 12-40 plugin upgrades, content changes, email support, and lots of other tasks that gives a hands-off experience every time.

After you sign up with your website maintenance plans, you can securely share the website credentials you have created for us using the link to LastPass that will be provided inside a reply to your welcome email just after you check out with all your login credentials.

Unlimited edits do include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing images or text, adding coupon codes or updating shopping carts. Unlimited truly does mean unlimited too! Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), updating custom code, graphic design, creation of fresh content, or building out a new website or subdomain.

EDIT EXAMPLE 2 Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you’ve provided all needed content). Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store. EDIT

EXAMPLE 3 Included: You want us to install and set up a plugin to use its built-in functionality. Not included: You want us to create new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin. (This would require custom development which may be available at an hourly development rate.)

EDIT EXAMPLE 4 Included: You want us to take the text that you emailed to us and use it to replace the current content on your About page. Not included: You want us to write content for or design your About page. We’d be happy to help you with custom development as well. That kind of project is fully covered by our hourly work or a retainer plan. Out of scope

(NOT INCLUDED) Integration with other systems, including, but not limited to: ERP systems, HRM systems, user directories, accounts payable systems, accounts receivable systems, unless otherwise contractually agreed upon. Billing disputes from customers or vendors relating to purchases made from the website(s) contracted for ongoing support.

Web Silo reserves the right to retract or remove work performed for breach of contract, including, but not limited to lack of payment, unapproved reuse or redistribution of work performed by Web Silo, unlawful or criminal usage of work performed by Web Silo.

Yes, we offer improved pricing for clients with 3 or more sites.

We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for monthly subscriptions for services already provided. If you’ve paid for an annual subscription and wish to cancel, we’ll issue a refund for the remaining months of your subscription.
